The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5), administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), provides opportunities for qualified foreign nationals to achieve permanent legal residency in the United States through an investment in a USCIS-approved project that will generate at least 10 full-time jobs in the United States. This program results in green cards for an Investor’s family i.e. spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21. It shortens the path to a green card for Indian nationals by over a decade as compared to H1B visa.
