Startups are all navigating through unpredictable times with no playbook at hand. Entrepreneurs had to very quickly  pivot business models and ensure their teams adapted to new mediums of client interaction. And while many entrepreneurs must make tough decisions on how to improve their situation, they also have to pay close attention to team morale. Founders are taking steps to ensure employees feel connected, supported and informed during this difficult phase of remote working. Shri L Ramaswamy is a senior alumnus and research scholar of Vedanta Academy since 2002. Shri Ramaswamy devoted over 5 years to intense study and research of Vedanta philosophy (knowledge of life and living). He has addressed variegated audiences in India and abroad on practical techniques & application of Self-Management principles based on Vedanta. Some of Shri Ramaswamy’s presentations have been to leading educational institutions like IIT Kharagpur, IISWBM, Kolkata and corporate houses – TISCO, Jamshedpur, CESC & Patton, Kolkata.
