Dec 6th, 2018: 'Women, Business and Conflict' Event

As part of TIE New Jersey’s continuing focus on women’s entrepreneurship and our growing alliance with New Jersey City University, we offer a joint program on the campus of NJCU, Jersey City.

An esteemed panel of speakers representing finance, law, family business, insurance, corporate securities, management, capital markets and accounting/auditing will offer their perspectives on common workplace issues that are particular to women, and provide practical tips, tools and techniques for resolving them. They will bring new ideas and discussions on how women view leadership and personal advancement within organizations, with a focus on pathways that can be utilized to address conflict when it does arise.

Panelists will also discuss how adoption of mediation protocols can help improve work place environments, and address both pre and post conflict scenarios.
