Overview

Early stage of startup life is all about experiments with product and market. However, the most difficult part is to balance the limited resources between the two.

Welcome to the First session of Fall 2020 on Wed 28-Oct 4pm at a device near you. Our speaker is Michael Ho - Operator turned investor with a passion for product management. Michael would be taking the audience through his playbook called priority mapping which helps organisations make strategic decisions.

Bio: Michael is a former founder that helps startups build a market strategy on more than gut instinct through a framework called Priority Mapping so they can scale faster and give up less equity. Michael was the founder & CEO of Bering Media (acquired by Audience Partners) and then as CTO of Audience Partners helped architect the acquisition by Altice USA. Before that, Michael was part of Sandvine’s early sales team as the company grew from a startup to a billion dollar public company. Michael started his career as a developer at Nortel Networks while still in high school and holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Who is it for: Startup Founders, Product managers and executives with interest in early stage startups.
