Littelfuse P-0S-LRP Voice-DS1 SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors Details
Littelfuse P-0S-LRP Baseband (Voice-DS1) SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL from damaging overvoltage transients. The DO-214AA components provide a surface mount solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. Littelfuse P-0S-LRP thyristors feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS Compatible, Lead-Free, and Halogen-Free.

461 TeleLink® Surface Mount Fuses Details
Littelfuse 461 TeleLink® Surface Mount Fuses provide over-current protection for a wide range of telecom applications without requiring a series resistor. 461 Fuses feature ceramic body construction with silver-plated caps for the terminations. These fuses offer coordinated protection with Littelfuse SIDACtor® Transient Voltage Suppressor or a Greentube™ Gas Plasma Arrestor. Littelfuse 461 TeleLink® Surface Mount Fuses are designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of telecommunication and networking equipment.

SMCJ TVS 1500W Diodes Details
Littelfuse SMCJ TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) 1500W Diodes are surface-mount diodes designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. With a 1500W peak pulse power capability at 10µs x 1000µs waveform, the SMCJ TVS 1500W Diodes typically have a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR minimum. They are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.

setP™ Temperature Indicators Littelfuse setP™ Details
Temperature Indicators help protect USB Type-C plugs from overheating. These indicators are available in a 2.0mm x 1.2mm size, making them a compact, easy drop-in solution to existing designs. Littelfuse setP temperature indicators are SMD compatible, independent of power, and feature a sensitive switching temp of 100°C. These temperature indicators protect systems with 100W or higher power without contributing to IR loss and are ideal for USB Type-C plugs and chargers with captive Type-C cables.
