Speakers:  Mani Padmanabhan Partner, Peachtree Management Advisors He is a recognised Finance leader with about 3 decades of experience (2.5 in large listed Indian companies and MNCs and 5 years as Virtual CFO / Advisor / Mentor and Consultant with small and medium businesses. He held leadership positions like CFO, GRC head in variety of sectors like FMCG, Telecom, Beverages and Life sciences contributing greatly to business growth and quality fiscal management. Mani has worked alongside entrepreneurs, business leaders in small and medium businesses as virtual CFO, Board advisor and consultant in sectors like Technology, IoT, Green energy, Aviation, Ed Tech and other sectors. 

Some of his significant achievements have been: 

i) Led business re-structuring post M&A resulting in four-fold increased revenue and multifold increase in profitability 

ii) Designed / Strengthened governance frameworks and programs and worked actively with Board committees (in Indian and US listed entities) 

iii) Created innovative funding structure giving operating flexibility and substantially reducing cost of borrowings 

iv) Generated huge cash savings from innovative tax positions and business restructuring Authored a Book on Risk Management 'Decoding Risk Management - an introduction' and published many articles covered by International journals and institutions like Guidepoint, ACFE  

Sridhar Rao Co-Founder, Infinium Sridhar Rao is a Mentor & Coach to Entrepreneurs and Management Professionals; a Career Development Coach to Working Professionals; and a Management Consultant for businesses on Business Strategy and Development. He is Co-founder, InfinumGrowth, a Bengaluru based firm which operates the Online Learning Platform. 

Past Experience 

Co-Founder and CEO of Novopay, a Fintech startup working with banks to deliver financial services through a large, national retailer network. With experience of building a Fintech startup as CEO and earlier as the CEO of Vodafone Mpesa India as well as of two Telecom circles at Vodafone, Sridhar has been fortunate to gain exposure to two very diverse scenarios in business management - of a Corporate and a Startup. He has 36 years' experience across different industries with over 23 years senior management experience across Mobile Payments,Telecom, Apparel and Textile industries in India, Indonesia and Western Europe.
