TYE PHASE 2 REGISTRATION
The TiE Seattle Young Entrepreneur initiative aims to inspire, challenge, and empower students to become the next generation of entrepreneurs, business and community leaders. The year-long, hands-on, experiential learning curriculum teaches students how to solve a problem through invention and entrepreneurship. Serial Entrepreneurs, mentors, and industry experts teach students design thinking, customer validation, prototyping, and business models. Students walk away with essential life skills: teamwork, innovation, creative problem solving, and leadership. Phase 2 of the program will run from January through May, culminating in the TYE Regional Competition. Students joining in Phase 2 will have the option to pitch their own idea or join an existing team. The winning team from the Build program will have an opportunity to participate in the Global TYE Competition in which teams can win up to $10,000!
Registration is a 2-step process:
1. Click here to register. There are a few short questions which we ask you to fill out so that we can learn about the entrepreneurial spark in you.
Completing both steps is due by January 5th at 11:59PM!
You will receive a welcome packet with links to our tools and some instructional videos after you have completed both steps.
There are 3 highly recommended New Student Bootcamps starting on January 6th (timings are below). Normal classes are typically three hours long and start on January 10th, 2:00 - 5:00PM. These sessions are held online every other Sunday with pauses to coincide with school holidays and breaks. Attendance at these classes is mandatory.
