TiE Seattle Young Entrepreneur initiative that aims to inspire, challenge and empower students to become the next generation of entrepreneurs, business and community leaders. The year-long, hands-on, experiential learning curriculum teaches students how to solve a problem through invention and entrepreneurship. Serial Entrepreneur, mentors, and industry experts teach students design thinking, customer validation, prototyping, and business models. Students walk away with essential life skills; teamwork, innovation, creative problem solving, and leadership. They learn resiliency and compassion through failures and the successes of taking risks and trying again. The program will run October 2020 – May 2021 culminating in a TYE Regional Competition. The winning team from the Build program will have an opportunity to participate in the Global TYE Competition in which teams can win up to $10,000!

Registration is a 2-step process: Pay attention to all the instructions and important dates carefully.

Program fee is due by October 23rd, 2020 for (Year 1 students) and October 30th, 2020 (Year 2 students). You will receive a welcome packet to download tools, video links only when you have Completed both steps.

Classes Begin: Sunday, October 25th, 2020 2.00-5.00 p.m.

Classes are three hours long for the build (Year 1) students and start on Sunday October 25th, 2020, 2.00-5.00 pm. These sessions are held online every-other Sunday with pauses to coincide with school holidays and breaks. Attendance is compulsory to these classes.
