About Master Virtual Workshop Series 
TYE Global brings to you a series of TYE Master Virtual Workshops to prepare current TYE students towards your Final Competition. These workshops aim to provide supplemental knowledge, and an opportunity for sharing amongst all students around the world at 25+ TYE chapters.

The objective is to take advantage of the virtual environment and learn with best-in-class speakers. Student teams will also have a better, shared understanding of the TYE curriculum, as we move towards the Global Finals in June 2021. 

About the Workshop
Common sense says, developing a successful product requires building the "right" product. In this workshop, students will learn best practices on how to determine the "right" product. In a hands-on, interactive way, students will learn skills on how to:

1. Really listen to your customer
2. Learn quickly with rapid prototyping
3. Simplify requirements for the "right" product

About your Instructor

Sheri Palazzo is the VP of Engineering at Altaeros. Sheri brings over twenty years of successful product development and engineering leadership experience having previously worked at GE, Bose, and Hewlett-Packard. She enjoys mentoring and coaching other engineers and leverages her past experiences being a design engineer, systems engineer, supply chain manager, program manager, operations leader, and engineering manager. She especially loves working with students and gets inspired working with the incredible talent within the TYE community. Sheri holds an MSME from Northeastern University and BSME from Tufts University. She is honored to be the winner of the 2020 Best Tech Manager in Boston Timmy Award.
