About this event:

TiE SoCal Investor Summit is one of the largest gatherings of venture capitalists, angels, family offices, and individual investors in Southern California. With 200+ investors in attendance, this event will be the hotbed for networking, discussing trends, and deal-making. Held at the prestigious Hyatt Regency, Long Beach, this event is the “must-attend” event for investors as well as startups looking to build long-lasting relationships in the Southern California ecosystem.

· All investors are screened prior to receiving admission
· Fewer than 100 startups are issued tickets for admission
· Fewer than 20 startup tables are available, and only 15 companies will be allowed to pitch · Buffet dinner catered by Hyatt Regency is included

For Startups:

If you are a startup raising money, this is the event for you. In one night make all the key connections you will need to raise your round. With the investor to startup ratio flipped in your favor, you will have plenty of chances to build your network and find the investors that are ideal for your company.

If you choose to get a table and pitch at the event you will compound your exposure many times over. With only a limited number of tables and pitch slots, investors will be eager to learn what your breakthrough idea is, and how they can add value to your company.

You will also get access to an online portal where you can fill out your profile, upload your pitch deck, and even video messages to investors weeks before the event. Investors will have access to this portal seven days before the event, so they can come into the room prepared. After the event, you can also use the portal to send investors messages and continue to build the relationship. This level of access to investors can only be achieved at the Investor Summit!

Types of companies that should attend:

This event is ideal for companies that are raising Seed, Late Seed or Series A rounds. All industries are welcome, but we have seen companies in the following industries get very

good traction in the past: Fin-Tech, Bio-Tech, AI/ML, Big Data, Cyber Security, Cannabis, Blockchain, Health and Wellness, Media/Entertainment, Gaming, CPG, and Enterprise Software. If you are in any of these industries, this is a must-attend event.
