Kiran is a Co-Founder of Mojo Networks, involved in every aspect of the company since its inception. Mojo Networks provides Secure Wi-Fi technology and has been a leader in wireless security. The company has developed industry’s first wireless security system that delivers around-the-clock wireless monitoring and automatic intrusion prevention and scalable Wi-Fi for maximum capacity and uptime. Mojo has received 29 patents so far on its technology and innovation.

Kiran is Former CEO of Tech Mahindra. He grew the company from US $7m to over $100m from 1996 to 2001 achieving over 60% year on year topline and over 110% year on year on the bottom line. The company became one of the leading software services providers in India.

Prior to MBT, Kiran was Senior Vice President of Software Services at IMR with responsibility for delivery and its Software Engineering program. Kiran conceptualized and implemented software engineering research programs resulting in substantial growth of company.

Kiran spent 14 years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in various executive, sales, engineering and research positions. Kiran created research activities in object technology and database technology in 1988 and grew the R&D Center to over 100 people.

Kiran is a TiE Pune President, Charter Member and advisor / mentor to various start-ups. He is Sr. Member IEEE.

He is M. Tech from IITB EE and BE (Hons.) from BITS, Pilani.
