Nishith Shah, Cofounder & CEO, 18th Parallel: Nishith Shah is the Co-founder & CEO of 18th Parallel. 18th Parallel's product suite, Cannonball, provides cable TV, DTH, and IPTV operators a comprehensive software and interactive services platform for next generation Android set-top-boxes. Cannonball is live on Airtel DTH on their new Internet TV set-top-box and is on track to launch with multiple other national and regional cable TV and IPTV operators across India and South East Asia.

Nishith has a BE in Electronics & Telecommunications from College of Engineering Pune and a Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Duke University in the US. He then worked as a scientist at a research lab with Bell Communications Research and then at a series of startups in the Bay Area and India. He was Chief Technology Officer at the last two startups that he worked with before 18th Parallel and was responsible for product and technology. 

Rahul Dasari, Co-founder & Chief Executive, Sunshot Technologies (www.sunshot.in): The company sets up Onsite Solar Power Plants for Industrial and Commercial Customers like Airports, Railway Stations, IT, Manufacturing sectors etc. Rahul leads Sales, Marketing and Investor Relations functions. With two more of his batch mates from IIM Ahmedabad – Anshumaan Bhatnagar & Indrajeet Dudile, Rahul founded Sunshot in 2010-11. Rahul and his team are working towards solutions, that aim to replace/reduce conventional energy sources like coal, diesel, gas etc.
He has close to 10 years’ experience in the Indian clean-tech industry in addition to prior assignments at Nokia.
Rahul was awarded as one of the 27 'Economic Times Young Leaders' in the year 2014. He is also an executive committee member of DiSPA (Distributed Solar Power Association). He was also featured as one of the ‘100 Most Powerful Leaders in the Solar Industry’ by Solar Quarter - India’s leading business information and knowledge provider for the Solar Energy Sector.
He has studied Telecommunication Engineering at R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore and is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.
