About the speaker:

Sandesh Joshi is the CEO and co-founder of Indovance Inc – an Engineering services company with offices in Apex, NC, USA and Pune, India. He is an entrepreneur with a passion to build and lead teams to deliver on customer satisfaction and has hands on experience from working on technology product development to leading and managing multi-cultural teams for a variety of deliverables.

Sandesh founded his first company within three years out of college and has grown the company multi-fold over the years. He brings to the table his sharp analytical mind, the passion to surpass customer expectations and the business acumen to generate business value in every project for his customers. Apart from Indovance, Sandesh also leads CEOVantage and Kiddie Academy of Cary.

Sandesh has a bachelor of mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB), and a Master of Science from North Carolina State University (NCSU), USA. Sandesh started his career working at SolidWorks Corporation as a senior R&D member, before founding Indovance. As the President of Indovance Inc, Sandesh is also advised by a board of advisors comprising of industry leading professionals in the US as well as India.

Sandesh was recently awarded the Triangle Business Journal's (TBJ's) prestigious 40 under 40 leadership award and is a sought-after speaker on the topics of leadership and entrepreneurship.
