You can have the best ideas in the world, but if you can not go out into your networks, get feedback, help or find customers, then you will find it difficult to build real value.  Our networks are there, full of people that can help us succeed but only IF we reach out to them.  Once we have established relationships with different people, something organic starts to happen:  a thriving people eco-system starts to grow around us.  Clients and associates may contact you for other advice.  You might reach out to them for other support.  The bottom line is, the stronger your relationships within your network, the stronger your business will grow.

Vandana has been getting people to think differently all her life.  Over the past twenty years she has drawn insights from people, places, education and the environment which resonate with audiences to spur them to take new actions.  Originally a chartered accountant, she has lived in over 8 different countries which has given her an excellent understanding of how people build their networks.  She founded her first start up in 1997 and sold to a listed company in 1998.  She then set up and managed their international division for the next seven years.  After this she moved to India where she founded another business, in between supporting a multitude of global and local networks, to enhance growth.  She has been responsible for fund-raising, building the client network and leading client engagements in different capacities.
