Yatin has more than 30 years of work experience out of which the latter 20 years he has been in the Friction Welding Industry. He started his career in Electronica as R & D Engineer and later worked for various organizations for almost 15 years before starting his business venture in 2002 called Friction Welding Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Friction Welding Technologies (FWT) are the pioneers of Friction Welding Industry in India – a solid-state welding process, which can join a variety of different metal components together, which are impossible to be strongly welded using conventional welding techniques.

2014 - Solo Paragliding 2014 - Sky Diving – 11,000 feet 

2014 – Pune to Singapore Biking – 10,830 kms. -  38 Days

2015 – Manali – Leh – Khardungla Cycling – 534 kms. – 11 Days

2016 – Scuba Diving in Koh Tao, Thailand

2017 – Cycling in USA – 1200 kms

Contribution towards Society:

• Under the Educate Girls program, FWT takes the entire responsibility of education and holistic development of girl child of the workers at FWT. The children are covered until the she wishes to continue her education (graduation or beyond) even if the workers no longer work with FWT.
• Mission Jal-Samriddhi: Team FWT contributed their 1 day salary for desilting of Twarita Devi pond at Talawade that now has the capacity to hold 60crore litres of water to serve the nearby villages.
• Jaagar by Unique Features: Team FWT donated books to various schools across rural and tier 3 cities of Maharashtra
