At Shell Ventures Steve established and led Shell’s corporate venture capital platforms in Silicon Valley and China. For over a decade Steve was CEO of the Emerging Technologies practice at Spencer Trask &Co., a New York-based private equity firm that invests in pioneering companies creating new sectors. Steve was also a founding Partner of Strategos – a leading international strategy consulting firm co-founded with business guru Gary Hamel, helping G1000 global clients innovate in fundamentally new ways by “Bringing the Silicon Valley Inside.”

Prior to that, she was working as the Head of Field Marketing Asia Pacific and Japan Region, leading a team spread across the region and are responsible for planning, organising and executing programs that generate brand awareness, new prospects and advance existing sales opportunities for the APJ sales team for Nokia Solutions & Networks. She has led corporate enterprise sales for Telenor Pakistan in their North Circle as Director Business 2 Business North. Her sectors include Marketing, Sales, B2B, Branding, Public Relations, Event Management, Advertising, Customer Services, corporate communications, marketing strategy.
