Transfer policy :

- If a registrant is unable to attend the conference  for any reason  s/he may transfer the ticket in agreement  with the organizer, to  someone else. 
-This transfer can happen only among the same type of membership/ticket

Cancellation Policy

 If the registrant is unable to attend the conference, and is not in a position to transfer his/her ticket to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

a) Cancellation on or before September 2nd - 80% of the registration fees will be refunded
b) Cancellation on or before September 20th - 50% of the registration fees will be refunded
C) Cancellation after September 20th will not be eligible for any refund

Conference Badges 

- Official identification badges will be available onsite at the  Venue  
- Attendees must wear the  official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all registered sessions at TiECON Chennai 2019
- To minimize the environmental costs of reprints, we would require a fee of Rs. 500/- for printing replacement badges at the venue
