Are you a passionate founder? Got a killer startup? Sign up for a chance to win the coveted TiE SoCal10 Award and get a chance to showcase and pitch at the Investor Summit to active VC and angel investors on Sept 28th as will have a chance at Fight Club pitch contest at TiECon Southwest on Sept 29th. 

At TiE SoCal, we are committed to supporting innovative and passionate founders with funding and mentorship. This is your formal invitation for you to apply for the coveted TiE SoCal 10 Awards. 

Startups that are selected by our investment committee will be invited to pitch at our Investor Summit at the Center Club in Costa Mesa on 9/28 to active TiE angel investors, VC, and other accredited investors. This includes TiE membership, dinner and a ticket to our TiECon Southwest Conference the following day on 9/29.

Any startup that is not selected for a TiE SoCal 10 award will still be able to pitch at TiECon Southwest. All startups will get a complimentary ticket to our TiECon Southwest Conference on 9/29.

Fight Club Details:

When building a company, you need to be scrappy and lean - you'll end up with some scars... that's just experience. That's why this year, our top startups will be doing some friendly battling at TiEcon Southwest's First Ever Fight Club. There's only one rule, bring the energy! More details below:

• 3 Rounds
• Round 1 - 1 minute pitch elimination (~5 battles)
• Round 2 - 30 second pitch elimination (2 battles,1 BYE round for Round 1 winner)
• Round 3 - 1 word elimination
