Theme note

The post-pandemic world is a new era for business owners. It is a world that has pushed entrepreneurs to redefine their ventures and reinvent their business models. The lingering uncertainty of the pandemic has had far reaching consequences, altering the very opportunities that the world offers entrepreneurs today. By engaging deeply with these shifts and changing landscapes, TiECON Chennai 2022 promises to be the platform for entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu and beyond to regroup, reset and recognise the opportunities in this new world.

Regrouping, however, is easier said than done. Questions abound. How do we overcome fluctuations in business growth? How can we identify potential opportunities? How do we attract and retain talent? This year, TiECON Chennai 2022 will not only delve into these questions but also celebrate ideas and entrepreneurs with the answers!

Our theme for this year- Resilience Unlimited - seeks to honour and nurture the spirit of resilience. On October 7 and 8, TiECON Chennai 2022 will host speakers, mentors, industry leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs alike to discuss, debate and deliberate upon some of the hardest challenges that businesses face in a fast-shifting world. Every session will be bound by a simple but strong belief - that opportunities present themselves to the resilient amongst us.

TiECON Chennai 2022 promises to live up to its pride of place in every entrepreneur’s calendar. By spotlighting success stories and industry stalwarts, we will provide a platform to learn from the best in the industry. By hosting conversations and spaces for networking, we will encourage peer learning and community building. By asking the right questions, we will discover the answers together. Over two days in October, we will sharpen our minds and strengthen our skills. We will reinforce the foundations of our community with the one element that makes the difference - resilience unlimited.
