- 2 day basic conference ticket is the minimum ticket package available

- Lunch with Mentor as a la carte can be selected only if you choose any one (Gold, Silver, Bronze) ticket package

Transfer policy :

1.If a registrant is unable to attend the conference  for any reason  s/he may transfer the ticket in agreement  with the Organizer, to  someone else. 

2.This transfer can happen only among the same type of membership

Cancellation Policy :

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her ticket to another person, then the following refund arrangements will apply:

a) Cancellation on or before October 11th - 80% of the registration fees will be refunded 

 b) Cancellation on or before October 21st - 50% of the registration fees will be refunded 

 C) Cancellation after October 21st will not be eligible for any refund

Conference Badges 

1.Official identification badges will be available onsite at the venue Registration desk

2.Attendees must wear the  official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all registered sessions at TiECON Chennai 2017

3.To minimize the environmental costs of reprints, a fee of Rs. 500/- will be collected for printing replacement badges at the venue
