INVESTOR REQUIREMENTS

• Accredited investor
• Intent to invest $10,000 within 1st year of TiE Atlanta Angels membership
• $500 initiation fee 
• Must be a member of TiE Atlanta OR pay additional $150, which includes TiE membership
