TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TyE) is an initiative of TiE that educates high school students in the basics of building a business and entrepreneurship. Since the program's inception in 2005, TyE has successfully impacted 10,000+ children around the world, led by educators, mentors and community leaders. Friday, June 22, 7:30am - 6:30pm
On Friday, June 22, 20 teams of high school students from across the US and around the world who have won competitions in their own cities are coming to the Virginia Tech Research Center in Arlington, Virginia (900 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22203). There, they will vie for the global title, including thousands of dollars in cash prizes. Teams will be presenting throughout the day, both in person and via videoconference, from 7:30am to 6:30pm. 

Saturday, June 23, 10:00am - 2:00pm
On Saturday, June 23, teams will participate in a Maker's Faire and Elevator Pitch competition before the Awards Luncheon where global winners will be announced. Saturday's event will take place at George Mason University's Founders Hall in Arlington, Virginia (3351 Fairfax Dr, Arlington, VA 22201).

We welcome an audience to watch and support our young entrepreneurs! Children under the age of 12 accompanied by a parent or guardian may attend for free. Space is limited. For planning purposes, advanced registration is required to attend these events.
