TiE Silicon Valley presents a Special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) Series: educational webinars sharing the information and first-hand experience by SPAC Sponsors, Attorneys, Investment Bankers, and SPAC beneficiaries (entrepreneurs that have listed their companies on the stock exchange using the SPAC route).

The first of the 3 part series will dive down into the constructs of SPACs by two SPAC sponsors.

Our moderators BJ Arun, Vice Chairman of TiE Global and ex-President of TiE SV chapter along with Manu Rekhi, Managing Director, Inventus Capital Partner, and Board Director Excelerate.it will get into the specific clauses and gotchas that you should consider if you are a target of a SPAC.
