Attracting new customers and retaining users to provide them an intuitive & performant end-to-end user experience requires significant thinking & planning in various areas of user-centric innovation & business strategies.

Design thinking is a user-first approach - understanding the customer and what they want to accomplish and the experience during the entire journey.
