Fintech Is Eating the World: The Changing Meaning of Fintech and How That Introduces New Challenges to Starting Up
On March 19, Pankaj Jain, co-Crafter at Founder Craft and previously a Partner at 500 Startups, will lead an online panel discussion with two Fintech founders from 4-5 pm.
They will discuss several topics including leading trends in Fintech, opportunities that the evolving definition of "Fintech" presents, as well as the challenges of starting a Fintech company in New York City.

Panelist 1: Dani Pascarella
Dani Pascarella is the Founder and CEO of Invibed, a financial behavior change platform that helps individuals take control of their money, build wealth, and afford their goals. Prior to founding Invibed, Dani was an Investment Specialist at JPMorgan where she managed money for ultra high net worth individuals with at least $25 million in investable assets. She became a licensed stockbroker at age 20, is a personal finance contributor at Forbes, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Dani also holds a B.A. and M.A. in International Business from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University.
Panelist 2: Pravin Rajan
Pravin Rajan is Founder and CEO of FreemarketsAI, a Fintech platform to invest using data & Machine Learning. Previously he was at Balyasny, where he was the top alpha-generating technology analyst. Prior to that, Pravin served as a Marine Officer in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. He is an alumnus of Georgetown and Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
