About Rajini Kodialam

Rajini also worked in the Strategy and Business Development Group at AMEX where she helped launch new online brokerage and banking services. Prior to Amex, Rajini was at McKinsey & Company in New York, working primarily on strategic initiatives for financial services firms.

Rajini holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a BA from Delhi University, India. She is an active member of the Young President’s Organization. 

Rajini lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons. She is an avid gardener, likes to cook and aspires to write a sci-fi novel someday.
