Receive deal info from different channels such as pitch competitions, startup applications and recommendations from fellow angels.

SCREENING
Companies will need to meet the group’s preliminary investment criteria to move into our investor pitch meeting.

INVESTOR MEETING
Entrepreneurs will have the chance to pitch their business to the TiE Angels. Due diligence follows if the Angels decide to move forward.

DUE DILIGENCE
Complete an in-depth understanding of the target company to make an educated, non-binding investment decision.

FUNDING
Funding rounds range from $100k to +$1M. Seed capital is typically raised using a convertible note.
