Join us as we celebrate and honor a true pioneer Indian American Founder/CEO. Mr. Frank D'Souza, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RECOGNIZE and Co-Founder and Former CEO of Cognizant Technology Solutions, with our inaugural Excelsior Award for Lifetime Achievement and Contribution to Entrepreneurship.

The evening will include a formal cocktail reception followed by a conversation between Frank D'Souza, with TiE-NJ Board member Prof. Suresh U. Kumar, covering a wide range of topics, including Life, Luck, and Leadership. The event will also feature the presentation of the Excelsior award, chapter updates, and entertainment. The evening will conclude with networking over Dinner & Desserts. The event will be held at the upscale and historic Mansion at Natirar, once owned by King Hussain of Jordan.
