TiE My Story, The Inspiration is all about learning from the entrepreneur's mistakes and understand what a business owner should do. It is about learning from real life case studies and also getting updated about the industry's future.

We'll focus on understanding the steps for launching, executing and managing businesses and drive growth which matters.

The session for this month will see Mr. Dipanjan Purkayastha, Co-Founder, HyperXchange and Mr. Pradip Chopra, Managing Director & Chairman, PS Group of Companies & iLEAD sharing their growth story and learning from their entrepreneurial journey.

Dipanjan has scaled several businesses from scratch to $100+mn. He has worked with leading global financial players like Citi, Mercer and Manulife; niche alternative funds like Bank Butterfield, GMO and Wellington; as well as Fintech products like Eagle, Advent and Omgeo. His previous corporate role before his startup journey was Vice President & Head - Banking & Financial Services at Tech Mahindra.
He has Co-founded gadget recommerce marketplace HyperXchange (www.hyperxchange.com). Incubated by IIMCIP/Microsoft. Raised strategic investment, grown from a bootstrapped startup in 2016 to becoming one of the top 3 refurbished brands in India by in 2018.

He is also the Chairman of the Institute of Leadership Entrepreneurship & Development (iLEAD). iLEAD, The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development is a world-class Institute in Kolkata offering degrees courses in Media and Management studies
