In our endeavour to move to the next level, TiE Kolkata plans to launch TiE Think Tank as a unique initiative by TiE Women. This would be part of the road map we need to set for ourselves in this year.

Towards this we are calling for a meeting at TiE Office on 6^th September at 5 PM. Request your presence to discuss the road map and formation of a core group to take this forward. Looking to see active involvement and contributions from Women leaders to make this Think Tank a vibrant and meaningful body.

The TiE Think Tank for Women Leaders is created with a vision of building a community for women leaders who network with a purpose.

As part of the Women Think Tank, you get the opportunity to learn from the experience of your peers. Whether you are enduring challenges or looking to grow, it is vital to be supported by smart, honest and constructive people who want to see you succeed.

In spite of being equals in society, men and women face different issues at work. If the issues are specific, the solutions also need to be specific. Whether you are at the early stage of your career or on the top, every journey has a story and every story has a lesson. It is important to know that your unique story has the power to inspire many. The Women Think Tank aims to provide a platform that will bring together like-minded women leaders from diverse backgrounds who will actively engage with each other.
