We have great pleasure to invite you for TiE Kerala Manufacturing SIG’s Seminar on ‘Digital Transformation Trends in Manufacturingbeing organised in association with World Trade Centre (WTC) Kochi on Thursday, 26th July 2018 at The PGS Vedanta Hotel, Kochi, from 04:00pm to 06:30pm. 



“Digital Transformation” is perhaps the second Industrial Revolution which is impacting the manufacturing industry enabling new technology companies to do things in new exciting ways. The existing business models get disrupted and companies in the field are now focusing on how best to leverage “Digital” to drive value and unlock opportunities for the growth and optimization.

The Seminar will identify and discus the ‘Digital Transformation Trends’ in the Manufacturing Industry high lighting the following aspects:-

a)      Real Time Tracking of Production through data collection using internet enabled sensors.

b)      Automotive manufacturers to use advanced analytics to calibrate the vehicles under Development/ Manufacture.

c)       Predictive Maintenance and Condition monitoring through Machine learning.

d)      Automated delivery of parts and subassemblies to optimize production processes.

e)      Cyber security as an integral part of all manufacturing Process.



 1.     Jayachandran K, Director – Advisory Services, Ernst & Young LLP

Jayachandran is a Director with the Advisory Chennai practice and has been with EY for past 11 years. Prior to joining EY, he worked with ABB Limited in Project management/ Design and commissioning of Industrial Automation Systems for pulp and paper industry for over 3 years prior to his post graduations. He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Operations and Finance. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS - The Association for Operations Management, USA.

He has mainly served clients in Automotive, Mining, Diversified Industrial Products and Logistics. Area of experience mainly pertain to Production & Operations management, Logistics & Supply Chain processes. He has a high degree of interest in Business Process Transformation/ Design Thinking & Systems Thinking/ Analytics/ Learning organisation.

2.  Aneesh Kammath, Solution Architect – Digital Transformation, Suyati Inc. 

Aneesh comes with 9 Years of Experience in Digital Transformation Consulting & Strategy management. He is a Solution Architect in Digital Transformation at Suyati Inc and is in-charge of driving digital strategy for its digital platform called Mekanate. Prior to Suyati, he worked with Cognizant for 100+ customers across the globe for DT consulting. He has implemented end to end NPS program for customers in Insurance industry. He focuses fully on manufacturing domain and keep on analysing trends part of Industry 4.0. He has expertise in assessing the supply chain problems and deriving digital strategy for embedding AI backed automation in manufacturing companies. He is experienced in driving digital customer experience programs, current state assessment of customers, customer journey mapping for initiating digital roadmaps.

This Session will be highly beneficial for all Entrepreneurs Including Start Ups, Prospective, Incubates and Students of Business Schools.
