About Deepak Edla
I am Deepak Edla  born in a place called Ongole presently in Andhra Pradesh most of my life I spent in Hyderabad. I am a engineering  graduate with Masters in Management  I worked for  different MNCs like  Dell, Nokia, Global Tele and Century communications.  With a passion towards food which was inspired by my mother during my Intermediate days I kept it buried under the shelf for a long time .  I seriously got into food business from last 2 yrs. I always believe that food can never be a business it has to be a passion. My journey into food passion started off in the early 2015 I left my job and jumped into food business. It all started one day when I went out to Shilparamam for some window shopping along with my son.  I saw  a shop selling pots on seeing him I had a taught Why can’t I make biryani in a earthen pot. I purchase a couple of pots and made biryani in those pots and made my  wife and children have the same and they liked it. I posted the pics of biryani on  my FB account and people instantaneously liked it and started  asking me to make it for them commercially  and they named it Deepak Edlas pot biryani.  I started a base kitchen named Deepak Edlas Kitchen  located in gachibowly and cater to lots of MNCs around madhapore and gachibowly.  I have come up with a new Restaurant in Gachibowly by name De place. I am also a consultant  to a Restaurant  in Boston US.  I do a lot of travelling and get to know different recepies and try them at my kitchen.
