#FinTech in India is growing exponentially with ~6000 #FinTech

startups. In this context, the founders need to build their
understanding of Regulations to avoid unintended consequences. We also
want to create a listening-post for the Regulators.
 
Towards this objective we will hold a Monthly Regulatory Conversation with Theresa Karunakaran along with a couple of industry participants over the next 10 months.
 
Join us this month, while Theresa Karunakaran provides a brief overview of the changing Indian Regulations & Deep Dive into Lending Regulations along with Saurav Raaj.  Next month we will cover Digital currency, blockchain & crypto. 
 
Theresa
Karunakaran Partner Regulatory Affairs Lead at Compliance Matters. She
has had an illustrious career at RBI, and even recently has been part of
the #FinTech
Working Group of RBI in 2018 where she was commended. She was an
Advisor at Axis Bank & later with Deutsche bank & is a
distinguished Advisory Board member with Amity University.
 
Saurav Raaj Raj is know for his expertise on Embedded Finance & DeFi, Web 3.0 & blockchain & NFT. Currently the CTO Contrato. Earlier was with Buidler as Wizer, & Founder at MoneyOrder. He is from IITD and is currently in Mumbai.
