Introduction

Entrepreneurs face the challenge of building real companies, concurrently with developing their innovative products and solutions. The road to entrepreneurial success is long, winding and strewn with pitfalls, obstacles and blind turns. Most entrepreneurs have little training or experience in the do’s and don’ts. Many miss out on the base of proper planning and essential business skills required to build business. Consequently, many entrepreneurs make business decisions that will limit the success of their companies, and unfortunately, too often, their own role in their companies.

Overview

The course on ‘Start-Up To IPO’ will differentiates itself from entrepreneurship courses taught in business schools. It emphasizes the practical human skills needed by entrepreneurs as they go about building their company. Entrepreneurs will need to learn about the scope and role of the many different departments in their company, business skills, the key success factors, and how to achieve it themselves. The entrepreneur, as a leader, has to be able to step into the multiple roles salesperson, marketer, company spokesperson, customer support, director, business executive, test engineer, accountant, lawyer etc.), sometimes switching hats many times in a day. And as the company grows, there is a need to staff it up with the right employees for the job

As a highly participative course, participants will be given individual assignments on unique aspects of the business concept and analyse various business cases. Entrepreneurs will learn how to build technical start-ups with an entrepreneurial culture. At the end of each learning session a Serial Entrepreneur/Investor/ Successful Start-Up will share his view and experience related to the topic discussed in that particular week.

Eligibility

  • Entrepreneurs who are running  business from last 1-2 years and has viable Product /Service and need to grow their business.
  • Growth Stage Entrepreneurs who would like to Scale- Up.

NOTE : 

  • This course is not eligible for the aspiring or idea stage entrepreneurs.
  • Mandatory attendance with live video. If you miss 2 classes, you will be terminated and lose your registration fees.

Group Size: 15 participants

Duration : The duration of this course is 3 hours once a week for 8 + weeks.

Time : 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm IST via zoom.

Content : The content will be provided prior to each class.
