Meet the speakers:

Ankur Modi -Chief Executive and Co-Founder, StatusToday. 

One of the UK's top start-ups in the field of artificial intelligence

Ankur is included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Technology and Immigration list for 2017 and is recognised by the UK Parliament (APPG) as an expert advisor on AI.  He is an expert in big data and holds a credits certificate in human psychology from Oxford University.

Before starting StatusToday, Ankur was a project manager at Microsoft, leading international efforts to develop MS Office, Office 365 and Dynamics; these programs are now used by 100m people. In 2017 he was named one of the most promising tech innovators by Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, and helped lead the first meeting of the All-Party Parliamentary Group gathering evidence on AI.

StatusToday is the brainchild of Ankur and Mircea Danila Dumitrescu, a former entrepreneur at Just-Eat. It has received mainstream recognition for how it revolutionises the understanding of human behaviour in organisations. StatusToday has been named as one of UK’s top 10 AI start-ups by TechWorld, VentureRadar and AIConics.

Tom Pocock - CEO, Credit Mint

Smart Loans on the Public Blockchain

Thomas Pocock is CEO of CreditMint, a smart loans platform allowing corporate debt to be issued and traded on a public blockchain. CreditMint has recently completed the programme at London-based accelerator EF. After completing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in maths at King's College, Cambridge, Thomas worked in finance for five years. He spent three years at Park Square Capital in Mayfair, London, a leading European corporate debt fund. Thomas holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from The City Law School, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Pae Natwilai - CEO, Trik

Creating 3D maps in real time for structural inspection

Pae is the founder and CEO of Trik, a drone mapping and 3D reporting software for structural inspection. She is an engineer, a designer, and a business innovator. Pae is known for her unique approach in coming up with new technology innovation and business offering. She was selected to be on the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe, 2018 and she won several innovation, design and engineering awards throughout her career.
