TiE Delhi-NCR launches a new feature, "The Debate of the Month". Each month, you’ll hear a strong viewpoint and a counter viewpoint on a topical subject.

Debate topic for March’21: "Do Founders need Coaching to ensure rapid funding & growth doesn’t go to their heads?"

The stars of this debate are Pramod Bhasin & Yashish Dahiya.

Pramod Bhasin is one of India’s most accomplished business professionals and entrepreneurs. He built Genpact from scratch and took it all the way to an NYSE IPO in 2007 thereby earning a well-deserved reputation as the pioneer of the Business Process Management industry in India. In 2016, he became Chairman of Clix Capital, the NBFC that was created by acquiring the India businesses of GE Capital. Pramod’s investing experience spans a wide range- angel, growth, and impact.

Yashish Dahiya is the Chairman & CEO, PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, and Policybazaar.ae. He started Policybazaar.com in 2008 with a strong belief that customers in India need more financial cover for death, disease, and disability and the long-term profitability of the insurance industry depends upon how well the industry is focussed on these three.

The debate will be moderated by Srikant Sastri, President, TiE Delhi-NCR.
