Dr. Suresh U. Kumar is a 5 time INC 500 ranked serial entrepreneur. He has a Phd in entrepreneurship and currently serves as Professor of Practice and Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Programs at NJIT. Previously he taught at Columbia Business School.

Prof David Weiss is Professor at New Jersey City University. He founded the Institute of Dispute Resolution at NJCU and also is founder and investor in multiple ventures.
