Strategic Planning, Management and Leadership for POST-COVID Times
Summary: The combination of managing remote teams and being in a pandemic changes how leaders approach their jobs. We need to adapt our techniques of planning, management, and leadership.
John will cover two topics in this session, each in a separate 15 minute segment: "Scenario Planning" and "How Leadership Is Different Now". Each topic will focus on actions you can take to steer your organization through this unprecedented crisis. We will also have a Q&A segment.
