A Startup Founder’s Balancing Act

Famous Author Dr. Seuss once said, ‘Life is a great balancing act’ and we believe the challenge is to how easy to perform the act in our lives today. And in the case of a startup founder, then the act of balancing gets more interesting (tilted in reality). When your company is your passion, you might not even realize how hard you’re working. It’s nice when your work doesn’t feel like work, but it also means you have to be extra mindful of your energy levels and take care of yourself. It is great to see the resistance and revival of the ecosystem lead by founders and to ensure sustainability, we believe it is equally important to address the act of balancing as we move forward.

And here we bring 2 startup founders who had put in all the hardships over the years and overcame the startup valley of death and recently bagged the National Startup Award 2020 from the Govt. of India in the respective categories. As they continue to lead from the front, join us to find out how they have been performing the act of balancing in their growth journey and still get time for themselves and the people surrounding them.
