Report Issues

For every Organisation, its employees are its greatest asset. Success of any company is largely dependent on its physically and mentally fit workforce. In today’s fast and competitive world, only the fittest wins the race. And as per an old saying: Fit minds thrive only in fit bodies.

Looking at our lifestyle today, most of us face issues like high stress, over dependency on technology, extended working hours, lack of physical activities, irregular food habits etc. This has varying impacts depending on age and daily habits eventually culminating to what we call “Lifestyle Diseases”.

Aches and pains in the body, lack of sleep, irritated at small issues, physical/mental fatigue, poor digestion, de-motivation, low immunity, depression, poor appetite, too many cups of tea/coffee in a day, morning body stiffness, brain fog, cravings for sweets/chocolates/junk food, poor sex drive, short temper, etc.

Few facts and figures on Lifestyle Diseases:

  • 80% premature deaths are due to NCDs (Non-Communicable Diseases) (Conditions which are caused by lifestyle, not infections).
  • As per WHO, 60 % of the 9,816,000 deaths in India in 2014 were on account of NCDs.
  • 26% of these are due to cardiovascular diseases. India is No. 1 in cardiac patients.
  • Highest growth among young executives: 1 of 8 is under 40 years.
  • 31% of urban Indians are either overweight or obese.
  • The probability of an 30-70 year old Indian dying from the four main non-communicable diseases - diabetes, cancer, stroke and respiratory diseases - is at alarming 26% at present
  • Awareness is the key:

The lifestyle diseases take years to develop, once encountered are not easy to cure & the bitter truth is that majority of the treatments available are only the stop gap arrangements at very high cost. But, the good news is that lifestyle diseases potentially can be prevented by early Health checkups, changes in diet, environment and lifestyle.

Timey diagnose and Lifestyle Modification is a pro-active approach towards optimum health & fitness by bringing about appropriate changes in the way you live to… Live Life More.

The aim of a health check is to detect and pre-empt the onset of a disease at an early stage or to prevent it.

It can “Add years to Life, Add life to years”

An active lifestyle can slow or stop the process of degenerative diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancer etc. in people already diagnosed or with a positive family history.

Hence, one has to realize that one's lifestyle plays a crucial role in "remaining healthy".

And let’s not forget the old age saying that “Prevention is better than cure” and much cheaper too!!!
