- Exhibitor display period - 1 day from 9 AM - 5 PM on 6th October, Saturday.
1.Refund and cancellation of the ticket will not be entertained
2. The current prices and deliverbles are available only for the early bird period
3. Stall Pass: 2 complimentary bronze pass per stall (names should be registered) will be issued per slot to man the booth. All other team members (both manning the stall as well as those who may wish to attend the conference) must register separately
4. Participants are welcome to bring a team to help in the assembly and set-up of their stall. However, all unauthorized and unregistered individuals are requested to leave the premises before the conference begins.
