About Rizwan:

Rizwan Koita is the co-founder & CEO of CitiusTech since 2005. CitiusTech is a global leader in healthcare technology with deep expertise in product engineering, interoperability and analytics. CitiusTech has received numerous awards and recognitions including Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year 2015 (American Business Awards), Great Place to Work Award 2012-2015, and Forbes Hidden Gems 2014.

Prior to CitiusTech, Rizwan was the co-founder & CEO of TransWorks (now Minacs). Founded in 1999, TransWorks was one of the first BPO organization in India. It was acquired by Aditya Birla Group, $40Billion conglomerate. Minacs today has over 20,000 professionals globally. Prior to TransWorks, Rizwan was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Rizwan received IIT Bombay's Distinguished Alumni Award (DAA) 2019. Rizwan won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2013 and the Young Achievers Award for Business 2002 of the Indo-American Society.

About Ganesh:

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Founder of 5F World, a platform dedicated to investment and mentoring of start-ups, skills platforms and social enterprises. He is also Chairman of Skills Alpha, Pune City Connect and Social Venture Partners India and a Co-Founder and Chairman of Global Talent Track. He has co-founded two Indo-US JVs, Kalzoom Advisors and Center for AI and Advanced Analytics.

He is a distinguished alumnus award winner of IIT Bombay and NITIE.

Ganesh led two corporate success stories with distinction, APTECH from 1991 to 2001 and Zensar from 2001 to 2016. Zensar in the last five years had a CAGR market value growth of 44 % annually, a record in the industry. He is an Independent Director on the Boards of State Bank of India, Principal Asset Management, Hinduja Global Services, LHI Digital, Educate Girls, 1 Crowd, AVPN and SVP International.

Ganesh is a member of the Chairmen's Council of NASSCOM and the National Council of the All India Management Association. He has been Chairman of NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation, President of HBS Club of India and served multiple terms on the National Council of CII.

Ganesh is an alumnus of BIT Mesra, NITIE, IIT Bombay and the Harvard Business School. He is the author of four McGraw Hill Books on Business Process Reengineering and Knowledge Management and other publications on the IT industry and inspired leadership of Gen Y. His book "Startup to Global success' published by SAGE chronicles the success story of Zensar.
