Open Mic Nights allow entrepreneurs to network with angel investors, venture capitalists, startup-focused service-based providers, mentors, and a large community of other successful entrepreneurs. The event takes place on the second Tuesday of every month. 

Our speaker for March is Manjusha Tipre, a global fin-tech executive with over 30 years of experience in scaling disruptive technology businesses and TiE NY Board Member! 

As a member of the promoting team of MillenniumIT she was personally responsible for defining and executing the strategy of making MillenniumIT a global brand from small start up through multi geography expansion and assisting its acquisition by the London Stock Exchange Group. Equally adept in startup and global brand environments, she has led numerous projects involving migration of complex integrated technology while leading culturally diverse teams across Asia, South and North America. She has built a career on a keen understanding of the intersection of the financial services domain and technology with a proven track record of overachieving targets. She has invested in building long term strategic relationships with clients that consistently result in high levels of satisfaction and business growth.

This exciting journey of close to 3 decades has given her immense experience of scaling early stage disruptive technology companies into successful businesses. She has immersed herself into the emerging technology startup ecosystem like blockchain and Web 3.0 for the past 4 years with bootstrapping two startups of her own in the digital assets segment and advising disruptive technology startups. She was part of the Women inspired Network of London Stock Exchange Group. It was a mentoring framework for young women in the group.She is also on the advisory board for Women in Finance awards.

To pitch at this event, you don’t have to be a TiE member, you just need to be an entrepreneur or an aspiring entrepreneur with a passion to share your idea that may change our world. You will be given a safe entrepreneurial friendly virtual space to deliver an elevator pitch for 2 minutes in presence of a group of mentors, angel investors, venture capitalists, startup-focused service providers, and a very supportive community of successful entrepreneurs.
