Meet Vikas Shah: 

Vikas Shah is a senior executive with nearly three decades of experience in assisting financial services and technology companies achieve their growth objectives. Having a strong track record as a principal investor as well as an intermediary, he’s built significant domain expertise in strategy formulation, business development and financing of mid-market and large corporates.

During his tenure at Rosenblatt, Shah has represented many mid-market fintech companies with private debt and equity capital raises, M&A. and IPOs.

Before joining Rosenblatt, Shah was a part of Credit Suisse’s Financial Institutions Group, responsible for providing advisory and execution services to C-level management of large corporates. Prior to this, Shah was the head of principal investments and corporate development for AIG’s financial services businesses.
