It is our absolute pleasure to invite you to TiE Dubai 'Moving the Needle - Conversation on The Gender Gap in Funding (MENA) where we bring together different stakeholders in the ecosystem to build real conversations about the gender-gap in funding in the MENA region. Whilst we understand that the discussion on gender balance is a continuing global conversation, we are invested in building a focused discussion specific to improving the funding landscape in MENA for women led startups. 

Further to the survey TiE Dubai and WAMDA conducted on the gender-gap in funding in MENA - https://www.wamda.com/2022/10/... we believe these conversations are necessary to continue to improve the region's statistics. Our objective is to ensure an inclusive conversation (without consciously alienating anyone) but to determine tangible objectives and actionable steps as a collaborative community from this multi dimensional issue.
