The program is geared towards early-stage entrepreneurs, who are looking for instructional, practical real-world learning as well as interactive sessions with fellow members. This program will prepare you to start right on your journey and prepare you to create your pitch to raise funding.

June 7th - Conducting Market Research: Develop a comprehensive understanding to test product viability using sophisticated business models to inexpensive ways
June 14th - Team - Dividing Equity, Hiring, Conflict Management, and Culture: Learn steps needed to nurture the most valuable asset of any startup – “the people”
June 21st - Go-to-Market - Starting the Sales Engine: Lay the groundwork to get the crucial momentum of at the initial sales
June 28th - Go-to-Market Plans, Get Marketing Engine Started: Formulate marketing plans to create an engine for lead generation that will help you scale
July 5th - Building a Financial Model: Understand unit economics, estimate your financing need and build
July 12th - How to be Investor ready: Pointers to fine-tune presentation to grab investor’s attention
Instructors:
Naeem is a seasoned executive who has led several high-tech businesses as the CEO and guided dozens as a Board member or an advisor. Naeem has taught entrepreneurship and innovation at several leading universities including UC Berkeley, Brown University, SCET, Fung Institute of Engineering Leadership, and Northeastern University. Naeem’s specialties include raising capital for startups, corporate strategy, product positioning, marketing, business development as well as M&A.
Paul is a successful entrepreneur and a founder of multiple startups and now is an advisor to many software startups. Having worked as the head of marketing for many B2B startups in their $0-$50M journey, he brings in a unique experience to scale marketing and sales while keeping acquisition costs low. He also teaches “Sales and Marketing for Entrepreneurs” courses at Northeastern University and the University of California, Berkeley.
