TiE Institute, the dedicated program of TiE Silicon Valley to educate the next generation of Entrepreneurs, brings you a Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship, a 6 weeks instructor-led and self-paced virtual certification program, led by Silicon-Valley based instructors who are serial entrepreneurs and adjunct professors at UC Berkeley and Northeastern University.

6 Weeks I 6 Sessions I Instructor-led I Interactive Zoom Sessions I Led by Silicon-Valley serial entrepreneurs & professors at UC Berkeley and Northeastern University

The program is geared towards early-stage entrepreneurs, who are looking for instructional, practical real-world learning as well as interactive sessions with fellow members. This program will prepare you to start right on your journey and prepare you to create your pitch to raise funding. 

Program Details

  • Date: October 2022 to November 2022
  • Day: Every Wednesday of every month
  • Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST I 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST
  • Format: Virtual (6 instructed-led session)
  • Hybrid module: Participants are expected to complete the self-paced video assignments for the instructor led virtual sessions

October 5th - Conducting Market Research: Develop a comprehensive understanding to test product viability using sophisticated business models to inexpensive ways

October 12th -  Team - Dividing Equity, Hiring, Conflict Management, and Culture: Learn  steps needed to nurture the most valuable asset of any startup – “the people”

October 19th - Go-to-Market - Starting the Sales Engine: Lay the groundwork to get the crucial  momentum of at the initial sales

October 26th - Go-to-Market Plans, Get Marketing Engine Started: Formulate marketing plans to create an engine for lead generation that will help you scale

November 2nd - Building a Financial Model: Understand unit economics, estimate your financing need and build

November 9th - How to be Investor ready: Pointers to fine-tune presentation to grab investor’s attention
