About Speaker:
Overall 25 years of experience in Organizational Management, Project Execution, Delivery Management, Strategic Planning and Team mentoring. Mr. Pagadala is currently the Managing Director of Pagadala Constructions Private Limited, an organisation re-established in 2010 which believes in delivering homes to match the aspirations and expectations of the current generation in a creative, qualitative and affordable manner.
Rajesh also serves the Board (Formerly Group Managing Director) of the Aditya Group of Companies. The group is focused on developing luxurious gated communities and large scale residential developments with the best of amenities. Since its establishment the company has developed numerous luxury apartments, premium villas and large housing projects at prime locations in Hyderabad. Current projects are located in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Guntur (New Capital Region – AP). As an integral part of the Promoter Group and his leadership, Rajesh was able to contribute significantly to the growth of the Aditya Group into to a large real estate conglomerate. Rajesh’s infrastructure experience spans from construction of simple concrete bridge structures in Walt Disney World, Florida, USA to complicated curved composite, steel and wooden bridges in Universal Studios, Florida, USA. He is also well versed with various Pre-stressed I-Girder Bridges and Post-Stressed Segmental Box Girder Bridges. He has also designed and implemented numerous roadway infra projects in Tampa, Florida, USA. He was also successful in establishing profitable business opportunities. He successfully owned and exited various Retail Outlets in South Florida. He has also worked with various IT Technology Consulting Services companies and successfully contributed to the.growth of these companies. Rajesh is equipped with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, USA.
