Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo with us! We are hosting an exclusive Charter Member Event on Tuesday, May 4 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM EST. We have partnered with an AirBnB virtual experience to host an authentic cooking class. 

This event is strictly reserved for Charter Members from the TiE New York chapter, and is free to attend. Make sure you register by Monday, May 3 so that we can provide the host with a final number. 

Groceries needed: 1 onion, garlic, 6 tomatoes, shredded chicken (or pork, or vegetables. Meat cooked ahead of time), 200 grams of pork lard or vegetable shortening, 16 oz of chicken or vegetable broth, 1 kg of corn flour, corn husk or banana leaf, 5 dried chili, 5 morita chili. You will need access to a steamer or steam basket, blender or food processor, balloon whisk or mixer, mixing bowl.
