Speaker's Profile :

Shrirang comes with 20 years of experience in financial services. Currently he is the founder & CEO of ORIGA Leasing, India’s first LeaseTech in the asset leasing space, providing a highly innovative financing along with Asset Life Cycle Management to Small and Medium Enterprises and hospitals in India. Origa Leasing is pioneer in establishing leasing across broad spectrum of companies. Shrirang personally travels extensively to promote leasing and establish it as one of the main sources of capital for companies and hospitals. At Origa, he is responsible for building the Origa in the field of leasing working across strategy, business development, people management and funding. 

Prior to ORIGA, Shrirang was a founder of Ourea Capital Advisors, a corporate finance advisory company, which has worked with various SMEs in India in the area of financial management and fund raising of over USD 40 million transactions. 

Prior to founding Ourea Capital Advisors, He has been a fund manager in India with a US based private equity fund "Clearwater Capital Partners" for their South East Asia business. He was responsible from initial identification of investment to execution and extensive post investment asset management. He has also been involved in large LBO transactions in Indonesia and Thailand. His total investments totalled to ~USD 30 million across sectors.

He is also India’s first Certified Lease Finance Professional (CLFP) and Chartered Accountant.
